Prior to User Research, my background was in sales. I was always noticing what tripped up customers and doing my best to independently uncover how to better their experience. Working in a very supportive company that promoted growth from within, I started looking into positions that would allow me to uncover these insights full-time. From there, I discovered User Research and immediately fell madly in love with the field.

Working for a UK-based insurance company that has relatively recently broken ground in the states, I have been set in charge of the research for the US New Products domain. I have worked with stakeholders on various products like Business Owners Policies and Workers' Compensation and done everything from initial discovery and empathy mapping, all the way to final usability testing.

I'm always curious. I want to learn more. I know the role that I currently do at my current company, and I hope to dive even further into user research. Learning is my favorite hobby and I am excited to grow and learn further with you!
